Key facts
- A written buying brief saves time on every auction day.
- Grade and mileage targets matter more than the cheapest hammer price.
- Consolidated container loads can lower freight per unit.
Start with a buying brief
Send us the models, year range, grade, mileage, colours and the budget per unit delivered to your port. We use it every auction day to shortlist lots and only send you cars that fit.
Review, then approve
For each shortlisted lot you get the auction sheet with an English translation, our condition notes and an estimate. You approve a maximum bid per car. We never bid above it.
Deposits for volume buyers
The deposit tier sets how much you can have open at once. Dealers buying several cars per week usually start at USD 3,000 or USD 5,000. See Auction Security Deposits.
Shipping in volume
Single cars usually go RoRo. For several units to the same port, a 40-foot container can take three or four small cars, which can lower freight per unit and protect the vehicles. We plan loads around your auction wins.
Repeat orders
Your account keeps every invoice, payment, B/L and document together, so reordering and reconciling is simple.
Your next steps
- Send a dealer enquiry with your volume and models.
- Agree a buying brief and deposit tier.
- Approve shortlists and maximum bids each week.
- Pay, ship and repeat.
Frequently asked questions
