These terms apply to the use of this website and to purchases from Khan Trading Co., Ltd. (KTJAPAN).

Car details, photos and prices are provided in good faith. Prices and availability can change until a purchase is confirmed on an official proforma invoice.
Total prices shown online are estimates based on current freight rates. The proforma invoice is the binding price.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Vehicle availability and pricing are subject to confirmation until the purchase is accepted by KTJAPAN.
The customer must complete the full or agreed advance payment according to the invoice payment instructions.
A vehicle is reserved only after KTJAPAN confirms the applicable reservation conditions and required payment.
Cancellation after reservation or payment may result in applicable administrative, transportation, cancellation or other documented charges.
Shipping schedules and transit times are estimates and depend on vessel availability and port operations.
Import duties, customs clearance, local taxes and destination charges are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation.
Vehicle specifications and condition are based on available inspection and listing information. Any specific warranty must be stated separately.
Refunds and cancellation exceptions are subject to KTJAPAN management approval in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Auction participation requires a confirmed security deposit and KTJAPAN approval.
Customers may bid up to five times their security deposit, subject to the approved account limit.
Auction bids are binding once successfully executed and confirmed as winning bids.
The remaining invoice amount, including applicable shipping and other charges, must be paid within 48 hours of winning the auction.
If the customer cancels after winning or fails to make the required payment, the security deposit may be forfeited.
KTJAPAN may re-auction or resell the vehicle and recover applicable fees, expenses and financial losses under the agreed terms.
Refunds, deductions and exceptions are subject to KTJAPAN management approval in accordance with the agreed terms.
Auction availability, final purchase price, shipping arrangements and inspection requirements are subject to confirmation.
