RoRo or container?
Both are safe – the best choice depends on your port and the car.
RoRo (roll-on/roll-off)
The car is driven onto a special vessel. Usually the most economical choice for a single running car.

The car is secured inside a container, sometimes with other cars. Good for ports without RoRo service or for several cars together.

Vessel booking. After payment we book the next suitable vessel. Sailing frequency depends on your port; we confirm the vessel and dates when you order.
Tracking. Your account shows the vessel name, voyage number, ETD (departure) and ETA (arrival) as soon as they are confirmed. We email you at every stage.
Documents. You receive copies in your account and the originals by courier when required:
- Export certificate (deregistration)
- Bill of lading (B/L)
- Final commercial invoice
- Inspection certificate (where required by your country)
Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your port and the vessel schedule. Typical transit times are shown on our shipping page and in your account once the vessel is booked.
RoRo or container – which is better?
RoRo is usually cheaper for a single running car. Containers suit ports without RoRo service or several cars together.
Is marine insurance included?
Only if you select it. Prices with insurance are shown as CIF.
Which documents will I receive?
Export certificate, bill of lading, commercial invoice and, where required, an inspection certificate. Copies appear in your account.
When are the original documents sent?
After full payment and shipment. We courier the originals or release the B/L, and share the tracking number in your account.
