Key facts
- We only accept payments to Khan Trading Co., Ltd. company accounts.
- Bank details never change by email or chat.
- Always write the invoice number on your transfer.
Why bank transfer?
International bank transfer (T/T) is the safest and most traceable way to send money to Japan. Your bank gives you a transfer slip that proves the payment.
Watch out for fake bank details
Scammers sometimes copy exporters’ invoices and change the bank account. Protect yourself:
- The beneficiary is always KHAN TRADING CO LTD.
- If bank details look different from the last invoice, stop and contact us on our official WhatsApp.
- We will never ask you to pay a personal account.
Your next steps
- Check the invoice number and bank details on your official proforma invoice.
- Pay by T/T from your bank, mentioning the invoice number.
- Upload the bank slip in your KTJAPAN account.
- Wait for our “payment received” email.
